How Slope works
You control a ball rolling down an endless neon slope. The longer you survive, the faster the ball moves. You die the moment you hit a wall or fall off the edge. That is the whole game — and exactly why it is so hard to put down.
- Speed increases continuously with distance, not time.
- The path narrows and corners appear more often as you go deeper.
- There are no checkpoints and no power-ups; it is pure reaction.
High score tips that actually work
- Stay near the center, not the edges. The ball accelerates faster than you expect; the center gives you the most time to react.
- Make small taps, not long presses. Long presses oversteer and throw you into the wall.
- Look one second ahead. Focus on where the next gap or wall is, not on the ball.
- Do not chase gems. Gems are tempting but they steer you into danger. Survive first, collect later.
- Pause to reset your eyes. On long runs, hit P every 30-60 seconds for a two-second break.
- Play in full screen. A larger view makes the next turns easier to read.
